A+ service! I just closed out on a home equity loan! Fantastic and empathetic people! The reason I say that is because I started a new job and all the lenders the required a 2 yr minimum continuity at your job. I have just been there less than 6 months after being unemployed for 9 months. All they asked for is that I write an explanation letter detailing the reason why there was a 9 month gap. It was family related and they were very empathetic after I gave them the reason. Ms.Ford the loan processor was awesome and guided me thru the process and my loan officer Wes was out standing.
