Absolutely loved working with the Texas Lending Team. When I decided to embark on the journey of purchasing a house, many friends and relatives told me that the process would be difficult and stressful. End product was great. We got funding we needed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to submit so much documentation. Also, I feel 192 pages for closing documents is very extreme. I have never had that much for any process in my life.

We originally reached out to Gary am@ Texas Lending 1yr prior to our actual home purchase, discussed where we are at financially and what we were doing to get ready to start our home buying process.
