Very happy with the whole process. Wes DID what he said he would do - he took care of the process. He handled issues as they arose without me having to do the legwork... I had dealt with trying to do this refi with two \"big\" bank lenders and just got fed up with having to do their jobs for them...I\'m not the one making money off this refi here!! For the most part everything was terrific with the exception of \"required closing items\" * Having lived in the home for greater than 39 years never having missed an insurance payment- home insurance needed to be paid off for the year up front! No reason for that! * Payment of credit card balances should be coordinated with borrower as now credit card companies will be holding thousands of dollars for at least a month as we had paid off the cards! Wes was Great!
